DiscoverKerry.com is a collaborative website operated by Kerry County Council, Kerry Tourism Industry Federation and Kerry SciTech (Tech Industry Alliance) to market the County of Kerry as a place to visit, to work in, to invest in and to live in.
For the purposes of this privacy policy and personal data processing on this website, the three named parties are Joint Data Controllers. A Joint Data Controller agreement is place between the parties as required under Section 79 of the Data Protection Act 2018.
